In room one they have made lions. They also made poppies,they used black and red for the poppies. They used amazing colours for the lions, also did a background for the lions.
Room ones spiders
Last week room one did spiders.They were really colourful. They also did snakes. used pink and purple.They used orange,pink and purple on their spiders. They also did show and share. Spiderman and sunflowers is what most kids bought.
Room ones masks
On the nineteenth of March I interviewed Jessie and Natalie.There class made masks.They made masks with staples.They also coloured in people.They made them with paper and they coloured them with crayons.
What room 1 have been up to
On Friday room 1 played freeze on the court outside their classroom. Playing freeze was so much fun. Room 1 have also been reading books. Room 1 have read six books so far. One of the books they’ve read is a mud book, it was one of their favourites.
At the park
A few days ago Corey and Nathalie were playing in the river at a park with the rest of their class . Both of them had a lot of fun . They also went on the flying fox and played on the swings. Both of them are having so much fun at school so far .

At the picnic
On the 17th there was a picnic. At the picnic there were cupcakes and ice-blocks. The games they played were tug of war and many more fun games.Their favourite game was tug of war. Both Valerie and Naatan both had a lot of fun. They also made butterflies they were amazing.

Room 1 at Kaitawa
On the 13th of February I interviewed Jessie and Cameron on their trip to Kaitawa. Their favourite part was going on the flying fox.They also went on the playground then they went through the bush.The birds they saw were, Fantails, Woodpeckers and thousands of other birds. They then went to the flying fox. Then they all trooped back to the playground. Jessie’s favourite part was the flying fox.The flying fox was extremely fun.Jessie wished she could go on it again. Then it was time to go back to school. When they got back the class went to the backfield.

gymnastics in room 1
Room 1 gymnastics.
In Week 7 room 1 has been doing gymnastics. Nakita went into Room 1 today 19 September 2011
and asked them what they did in Room 1. two people called Cooper and Alex said to her that they did gymnastics
and went and played with the parachute with their whole class and they both said it was great fun. They also said to
her that they wished they could play with the parachute once again.

What Meikah has been up to in room 1.
On Friday 30th September Nakita and Leilani went to room 1 and interviewed Meikah. Meikah is in the production she is a dwarf. She said it was very exciting waiting to get on stage but boring at the same time. The production was on Wednesday and they are doing it tonight. She is excited for another night of fame on stage as a dwarf.
